AMC-T Series Industrial cooling towers are used to cool water instead chilling it. Cooling towers use the evaporative cooling effect to transfer heat out to the environment. Water is dropped through a fill material while air is moved across the fillers, transferring the heat from the water into the air.
The major component of a cooling tower is a fan to move the air through the fillers. Cooling towers work for cooling higher temperature water. Our cooling towers can drop the water temperature about 10 degrees Fahrenheit, for example, from 95˚F Entering Water Temperature (EWT) down to 85˚F Leaving Water Temperature (LWT).
Cooling towers can be used alone as a stand-alone unit or in conjunction with a water-cooled chiller.
Features & Specifications:
Ø With glue-coating resin surface, the tower body is made of excellent glass fiber reinforced plastic which is characterized by aging-resistance, erosion resistance. Brightness and cleanness, and no fading, etc.
Ø The fan with aluminum alloy type and glass fiber reinforced plastic type is characterized by reasonable matching tower machine, super air volume and low noise, etc.
Ø The motor and reducer is special for outdoor cooling tower. They are characterized by stable operation, small energy consumption, low noise and long life, etc.
Ø The tower body has a good stability and strength which can resist the attach of 8-degree earthquake intensity and 12-degree typhoon.
